| In Matthew 14:22-33 we read the story of Jesus walking on the water toward His disciples in a boat on the Sea of Galilee. It was early, long before sunrise, and the men were frightened as the Teacher approached them, believing He was a ghost. Jesus spoke to them to calm their fears, and then invited Peter to step out of the boat and to walk to Him upon the water. It took boldness to step out of that boat, faith and boldness. And as long as Peter kept his eyes on Jesus, he walked safely across the rolling waves. We, at Church Doctor Ministries believe that Jesus is calling us to join in the great adventure of breathing life into the Church in North America through a process of equipping new disciples with revival DNA and preparing congregations to receive them. It is stretching us beyond our comfort zones, to be sure! But the Holy Spirit is filling us with the faith and boldness we need to stretch, to step out, to walk with Jesus along this new and exciting way.
